We're excited to introduce a new feature in Cargo Insight that allows you to share real-time location, ETAs, and transit events via a secure link with your customers — without requiring them to log in.
This feature is available both in the web dashboard and via Open API, allowing you to manually share specific tracking views or automate the process entirely within your ERP/CRM systems.

Intuitive Dashboard Sharing
Share single shipments instantly from your Tracking List, or navigate to Share Management to select and share multiple shipments in bulk with ease.
Secure Email Delivery
Input up to 5 recipient emails per shipment. Users click the link and securely verify their email address to access the map—preventing unauthorized tracking.
Access Control & Expiration
Once a shipment reaches its final destination, the link automatically expires. You can also manually revoke tracking access anytime directly from the dashboard.
Automate Link Generation

Integrate tracking directly into your operational systems. Automatically create and distribute secure sharing links the moment an order or booking is confirmed.
Programmatic Revocation
